Legionella discovered in cooling towers at Bulmer - Case Study

bulmer logoBulmers, the cider manufacturers, admitted responsibility for the Legionnaires' disease outbreak that swept across Hereford in 2003. Legionella was discovered in two cooling towers at Bulmers' Moorfield plant which led to 2 deaths and 20 people contracting the disease.
